Established in 1961, the Central Library is the heart of the Institute, spread over 60,000 sq. ft. across three centrally air-conditioned floors. Connected to the main building via a bridge, it serves as a hub for knowledge, research, and digital resources.

Responsible for procuring documents (excluding journals), classification using Koha software, and tooling (bar-coding/labeling).
Handles maintenance of library documents, coordinates binding contracts, and provides lamination services for the Institute.
