The Central Library will remain open 24 hours during April 27 to May 6, 2026, during the END-SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS. The students are expected to ensure that neither the decorum nor the discipline is disturbed during any operational hours of the Central Library. It is also reiterated that misuse of any library facilities is strictly prohibited, and any such cases of misuse affect the whole student community in terms of facility usage.

All students utilizing the library are requested to remain vigilant and take self-responsibility in preventing any breach of decorum, discipline, and misuse, while also preventing thefts by remaining careful. Non-following of the rules, decorum, discipline, etc. will invite action as per the institute rules.

During this period, ALUMNI are not allowed to use the reading/seating facilities.

The Library will resume its normal operating hours, i.e. 8 am to 3 am, from May 7, 2026.
