About

Human Resources Development Division (HRDD) is aimed to develop skillful and passionate Library and Information professionals in this digital era. HRDD organizes hands-on training, online/offline Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, book discussions, symposiums, in-house training, etc. The theme of these events are related to the enhancement of library services, including ICT skills, Network Management, Big Data analytics using R, Library Automation, Cloud Management for the Library, Content Management Systems using Drupal, Library Automation and Management Systems using Koha, Institutional Repository using Dspace, Open Journal System etc. 

HRDD is careful in continuously evaluating and updating its syllabus, coverage, and the quality of training sessions and upgrading itself to build a promising future for LIS professionals. HRDD involves evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of each LIS professional and paying attention to the development of each individual. HRDD promises but is not limited to:
